HOW MUCH WILL MY CLASS RING COST?
Herff Jones has the widest range of prices to offer high school students. Virtually every student will be able to afford a Herff Jones Class Ring.
WHAT IF I MOVE TO ANOTHER SCHOOL OR MY GRADUATION YEAR CHANGES?
As long as you are still in school, Herff Jones will make a new ring for you, at no charge, in exchange for your original ring. Contact the Herff Jones office and we will assist you.
CAN I STILL ORDER A CLASS RING?
Yes! Rings take approximately 8 to 10 weeks to produce. To order and make your selections, we recommend going online at gradproproducts,com or call our office at 334-792-2233.
WHAT IF MY CLASS RING IS LOST OR STOLEN?
Herff Jones offers an insurance program through the Lost Ring Program (LRP) that is good for six years after the order date. This program allows you to pay a deductible to have your class ring remade in the event that it is lost or stolen and is based on the quality of the ring. Please go to the very top of this webpage & click on Class Rings for more details. This is handled with the factory directly. The number to call to use your claim is 1-800-451-3304 ext 401935.
HOW WILL I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?
Your Herff Jones Sales Representative will take special care to professionally size your finger for a proper fit. Your ring should be slightly snug as it passes over your knuckle. Do not allow room to grow; remember your Lifetime Warranty will cover any resizing.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY RING COMES IN?
You will be mailed a reminder or called and told when our sales representatives will be at your school to deliver your ring, as well as the balance you might owe at that time.
CAN I PLACE MY CLASS RING ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF A RING REPAIR?
Ring repairs take approximately 4 to 6 weeks. We will mail your ring to you when the repair is complete. If you have not heard from us after 6 weeks, please contact Herff Jones at 1-800-451-3304 ext 401935.
